Del Blog "La cocina de Lechuza" me he cogido prestada esta receta, y tengo que deciros que me ha sorprendido, y me ha encantado. Me ha sorprendido por la fácil que es, y me ha encantado por su textura y su sabor. Crujiente por fuera, y jugoso por dentro
... Y lo más importante: gusta a todos (niños y mayores) y admite mil posibilidades relleno.
Ingredientes:
- Carne picada (yo utilicé de vacuno)
- Bacon
- Huevo
- Pan rallado
- Aceite
Preparación:
Trabajamos la carne picada como lo solemos hacer para las albóndigas o los filetes rusos: hay gente que echa huevo, o leche, o ajo, o pimienta.. en fin... a gusto de cada cual....
Una vez la tengamos lista, la ponemos encima de un trozo de film transparente y con ayuda de un tenedor vamos dándole forma para que nos quede como un rectángulo...
Colocamos encima el relleno que hayamos elegido. Yo puse lonchas de bacon ahumado y tortilla a la francesa....
Con ayuda del film transparente vamos enrollándolo....
... y cubrimos la parte exterior con pan rallado...
Metemos en un molde alargado, echamos un chorrito de aceite de oliva.. y al horno a 180º arriba y abajo, unos 30 min.
Vamos controlándolo.. cuando veamos que está dorado, estará ya hecho.
Se sirve cortado en rodajas...
Si se quiere, puede acompañarse con alguna salsa. Yo lo serví "a pelo".. porque estaba muy rico y nada seco.
Me gusta la idea de que lo puedes dejar preparado a falta solo del horno. Ideal si se tienen invitados.
